...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM AKDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 45 to 55 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Alaska Range North of Trims Camp.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down tree branches and
  power lines. Strong winds could create blowing snow resulting
  in reduced visibilities at times. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around
trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of
your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if
you must drive.

  result.
