Dry today with peak cloud cover in the morning. This cloud cover should
largely dissipate by mid morning, with largely clear conditions prevailing
thereafter. Winds will be relatively light, with a slight uptick in wind
speeds during the afternoon hours with occasional gusts to around 15 mph.
Variable wind directions are likely in the morning, with easterly winds
favored from mid morning through mid afternoon. Overall confidence on wind
direction in low however.
