This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Some patchy fog or drizzle may linger in places early this
afternoon otherwise hazardous weather is not expected at this
time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A large storm system is expected to affect the area from late
Saturday through Monday night with a prolonged period of
intermittent precipitation including a wintry mix, rain, snow,
and thunderstorms all likely at times. Moderate to heavy snowfall
amounts and travel impacts are possible over northern Iowa.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed, but rain or snow accumulation
reports are always appreciated.
