.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong northerly winds
will continue for the northern waters, while winds will continue to
weaken in the southern waters. Steep short period seas in excess of
10 feet will accompany these winds. These strong winds persist into
tonight then gradually shunt further offshore Monday and
significantly weaken mid- week.
