.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds are
forecast to continue to remain strong tonight and Wednesday mainly
over the outer zones. Gale force gusts are also probable in the lee
of Cape Mendocino and around Pt St George. Winds and seas will
diminish Wednesday night and Thursday.
