which will lead to more near critical to critical fire
conditions. Winds will top out 18 to 25 MPH with single-digit min
RH values. Winds will be strongest across higher elevations and
northern portions of the forecast area with weaker winds toward
the International Border. Vent rates will be excellent. Wednesday
will see similar conditions.
