...Preliminary Storm Survey scheduled for later this morning for
the area near Conyers in Rockdale County GA...

The National Weather Service office in Peachtree City GA will
conduct a storm survey around later this morning for the area
near Conyers in Rockdale County GA. The survey is in relation to
the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area on April 3,
2024.

A final assessment including results of the survey is expected to
be completed and transmitted via a Public Information Statement
by this afternoon.

The NWS will be coordinating with emergency managers in
central Georgia to assess survey needs there as well.

The storm survey information will also be available on our
website at http://www.weather.gov/ffc
