A warm and dry period continues across the Sierra. Fair mixing
heights during the peak of the afternoon and lower morning
inversions. The light wind pattern will bring a land/lake
breeze pattern to the location for Thursday.

20 Foot winds.......Southwest wind 3 to 5 mph shifting to the
                    Northwest by 2100.
Surrounding ridge...West wind 3 to 6 mph shifting to the
                    North after 2200 at 3 mph.
Mixing height.......400 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Northeast 3 to 8 mph.

.THURSDAY...

20 Foot winds.......Northwest wind 3 to 5 mph shifting to Southwest
                    by 1000. Then shifting West by 1400
                    3 to 6 mph.
Surrounding ridge...North wind 3 mph shifting to Northwest after
