Chilly temperatures are in store this morning across the central plains
with many locations starting in the 20s, 30s, and low 40s this morning. A few
light rain and snow showers are falling across western Kansas and
eastern Colorado, but these should gradually diminish by midday
today. Still cloudy skies will help to keep temperatures quite
cool today with afternoon highs in the 40s and 50s across Mid-
America. Tonight, clouds will linger, and lows will range from the
20s across much of Nebraska to the low 40s across southeast
Kansas and far southern Missouri.

A quiet day is expected on Sunday with gradually clearing skies and afternoon
highs in the 60s across the region. Quiet conditions remain Sunday night with
lows in the upper 30s and low 40s across the region.
