...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM EDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures are forecast to bottom out near 30 degrees in
  most places on Monday morning. Milder ridgetop locations are
  expected to reach the mid to upper 30s. This will result in
  widespread frost, except on ridges, where it will be somewhat less
  prevalent.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
  southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...The frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. It
  may be damaged or killed if left unprotected.
