FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Broad low pressure of 29.5 inches over Lake Michigan early this
afternoon will rapidly deepen to 29.3 inches this evening as it
moves into northern lower Michigan, and will further deepen to
29.2 inches as it moves into southern Ontario on Friday. A strong
cold front will sweep across the lake early to mid evening
tonight, with northwest gales developing behind the front. Heavy
freezing spray will also be a concern, as temperatures rapidly
fall into the teens.

Winds will remain breezy on Friday as high pressure of 30.4 inches
begins to nose into the area from the Dakotas. Low pressure of
29.7 inches will develop over Missouri on Sunday, causing winds to
become easterly across the lake.
