FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.1 inches over the upper Great
Lakes will slowly move east through the end of the week. A 29.9
inch trough over the Upper Mississippi Valley Thursday morning
will shift south across Lake Michigan late Thursday night through
Friday, stalling or dissipating over central Lake Michigan Friday
night before retreating northward on Saturday. Another trough
will move into the central Great Plains Sunday as 30.1 inch high
pressure builds over southeast Ontario.

.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 5 to 10 kt becoming east late in the
evening, then becoming south 10 to 20 kt late. Waves 1 ft or less
building to 1 to 3 ft.
.THURSDAY...South winds 10 to 20 kt increasing to 15 to 25 kt.
Chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Waves 3 to
5 ft.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...South winds 15 to 25 kt becoming southwest.
Showers and thunderstorms likely. Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to
8 ft.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt diminishing to 10 to 15 kt.
Chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning. Waves 3 to
5 ft subsiding to 2 to 4 ft.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 5 to 10 kt becoming south. Waves
