FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front is moving southward across the
far southern portion of the lake this morning. High of 30.3
inches will then shift over southeastern Canada and the Upper
Great Lakes region tonight into Friday, while a trough develops
across the central and northern Plains. The high pressure will
retreat northward early next week as a series of weak low pressure
systems cross the southern Great Lakes.
