FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Low pressure of 29.4 inches will develop in eastern Colorado this
evening, then move to far southeast Iowa on Tuesday, then into
lower Michigan and weaken to 29.7 inches Tuesday night. Gusty
south winds and high waves are expected to develop tonight into
Tuesday ahead of the low. Southerly gale force winds are expected
Tuesday. Heavy freezing spray is expected tonight into Tuesday as
well.

Low pressure of 29.7 inches will move northeast of the region
Wednesday. Winds will become northwesterly and gusty during this
time. Gusty winds and heavy freezing spray will become a risk
once again later in the week and into the weekend, as very cold
air returns to the region.

afternoon. Slight chance of light freezing rain and snow in the

afternoon. Waves 10 to 14 ft occasionally to 18 ft subsiding to 8
to 11 ft occasionally to 14 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...South winds to 30 kt becoming southwest 10 to
20 kt late in the evening, then becoming northwest after midnight
becoming north late. Snow with a chance of light freezing rain.
