FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure of 29.9 inches from the Mid
Mississippi Valley through the Great Lakes will consolidate over
the eastern Great Lakes by Friday afternoon. Meanwhile, high
pressure of 30.2 inches will move from northern Manitoba today to
James Bay Friday and continue east across northern Quebec through
the weekend.
