FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.2 inches centered over the Upper
Great Lakes will move to New England by Thursday. Low pressure of
29.7 inches is expected to develop over the Northern Plains
Wednesday evening and deepen to 29.5 inches as it tracks to the
Upper Mississippi Valley Thursday night.

5 to 10 kt late in the evening, then becoming east after midnight
becoming southeast late. Waves 1 to 3 ft.
