FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Low pressure of 29.3 inches will move slowly northeast from Lake
Huron into Ontario and Quebec Canada today. Northwest gales will
continue this morning. High pressure of 29.9 inches will then move
across Lake Michigan tonight into Thursday morning with much lighter
winds expected.

Another low of 29.4 inches is then expected to develop over the
region Thursday night, as a cold front sweeps across the lake.
Winds will again be gusty from the northwest behind this front,
with some gale gusts possible. Freezing spray will also be a
concern as colder air builds into the area Thursday night into
Friday.

showers with rain showers likely in the evening, then chance of
snow showers overnight. Freezing spray overnight. Waves 4 to 7 ft

.FRIDAY...Northwest winds to 30 kt. Freezing spray. Chance of
snow. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft subsiding to 4 to 6 ft
