FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Low pressure just north of Lake Erie will further deepen to 29.5
inches as it lifts into western Quebec tonight. The low will
continue to move through Quebec on Saturday. Gale force west to
northwest winds will continue across Lake Michigan through
tonight. A few Storm Force wind gusts will be possible later
tonight into early Saturday. High pressure around 30.4 inches
over the Plains will slide into the Ohio River Valley on Saturday.
Low pressure of 30.0 inches will track across the Upper Great
Lakes Sunday.

.REST OF TONIGHT...West winds to 30 kt increasing to gales to
35 kt late this evening, then becoming northwest gales to 40 kt
after midnight increasing to gales to 45 kt late. Snow and slight
chance of light freezing rain through early evening, then snow
likely with rain overnight. Waves 7 to 10 ft occasionally to
13 ft building to 10 to 14 ft occasionally to 18 ft.
.SATURDAY...Northwest gales to 40 kt diminishing to 10 to 20 kt.
Slight chance of snow showers. Waves 12 to 16 ft occasionally to
21 ft subsiding to 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 20 kt becoming southwest.
Chance of snow showers overnight. Waves 2 to 4 ft.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt. Chance of snow and rain
showers in the morning, then chance of rain and snow showers in
the afternoon. Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 20 kt. Chance of rain showers in
the evening. Waves 3 to 5 ft.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 20 kt. Waves 2 to 4 ft.
