FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Low pressure of 29.6 inches over Missouri will track northeast to
southern Lake Michigan by Tuesday morning. The developing low and
high pressure in southern Canada will result in gusty east winds
over Lake Michigan tonight with a few gale force gusts possible.
The low over southern Lake Michigan will then continue across
Lake Huron into Ontario for Tuesday night into Wednesday, while
strengthening to 29.3 inches. A few easterly gusts to gale force
are possible Tuesday morning but west to northwest gales will
become likely Tuesday night through Wednesday morning across the
entire lake. High pressure of 29.9 inches will then move across
Lake Michigan Wednesday night into Thursday morning with much
lighter winds expected.

.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds to 30 kt becoming northwest
gales to 35 kt. Freezing spray. Snow in the evening, then snow
likely overnight. Waves 6 to 9 ft occasionally to 12 ft building

in the afternoon becoming northwest to 30 kt late. Snow, rain
with a chance of light freezing rain. Waves 6 to 9 ft occasionally
to 12 ft subsiding to 3 to 5 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest gales to 35 kt increasing to gales to
40 kt. Freezing spray. Snow likely. Waves 5 to 8 ft occasionally
to 10 ft building to 10 to 14 ft occasionally to 18 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest gales to 40 kt becoming west to 30 kt in
