FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure of 30.3 inches will move across the western Great
Lakes tonight, and then to the east on Tuesday. Low pressure of
29.5 inches will slide by to the north of Lake Superior Wednesday
night. South to southwest winds behind the departing high and
ahead of the approaching low will become gusty later Tuesday into
Tuesday night, possibly reaching gale force levels for a time
across the north half of the lake Tuesday afternoon and evening.

Low pressure of 29.1 inches will lift northward into the eastern
Great Lakes late in the week. Strong northerly winds will develop
across Lake Michigan as this low moves through. Gale force gusts
will be possible Thursday night into Friday night, particularly
across the southern half of Lake Michigan.
