.SYNOPSIS...

A broad area of high pressure of 30.4 inches over Arkansas will
shift to the northern Gulf Coast by Tuesday afternoon. Meanwhile,
low pressure of 29.9 inches will move from Lake Superior tonight
to Lake Erie by tomorrow evening. As this passes, expect persistent,
moderate west tonight through mid day on Tuesday. Winds will
diminish Tuesday afternoon.

Southeast winds will then develop late Tuesday night and
Wednesday, as a trough of low pressure of 29.9 inches develops
from the southern Rockies into Iowa. A stronger low of 29.6 inches
is then expected to develop over northern Texas on Thursday,
lifting into the eastern US by the end of the week. Depending on
the track of this low, north to northeast winds could affect the
southern portions of Lake Michigan late in the week.
