FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.
Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.
.SYNOPSIS...
Brisk northwest winds will continue tonight into Monday morning as
a 29.4 inch low pressure moves across Quebec, and high pressure
of 30.4 inches builds south through the Great Plains. Northwest
winds will shift out of the west Monday evening, becoming breezy &
southwesterly late Monday night and Tuesday morning as low
pressure around 29.5 inches moves from Alberta toward Lake
Superior. A few gale force gusts are possible. Winds will turn
back out of the northwest behind a cold front Tuesday afternoon
through Wednesday. Gales are possible over the far northern
portion of the lake on Wednesday.
