FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.7 inches over Quebec will move
east tonight. A cold front trailing from this low will push
south across Lake Michigan tonight, eventually stalling just
south of the lake Tuesday. High pressure of 30.2 inches will
spread across Ontario and the northern Lakes Tuesday night while
the front remains stalled just south of the lake. Low pressure
will then develop across the Plains mid-week, deepening to 29.6
inches and lifting to the northern Lakes by late Thursday. The
stalled front will lift north as a warm front across the lake
ahead of this low.

.TUESDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 20 kt becoming north. Slight
chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning. Waves 3 to 5
ft subsiding to 2 to 4 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 20 kt becoming northeast.
Waves 2 to 4 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 15 kt becoming east. Chance of
showers in the morning, then chance of showers and thunderstorms
in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 ft.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 kt becoming southeast 10
to 20 kt. Chance of showers in the evening, then showers likely
overnight. Waves 2 to 4 ft.
.THURSDAY...Southeast winds 15 to 25 kt becoming south to 30 kt.
Showers in the morning, then chance of showers and thunderstorms
in the afternoon. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds to 30 kt becoming west. Chance
of showers. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 25 kt. Waves 4 to 6 ft
occasionally to 8 ft subsiding to 3 to 5 ft.
.SATURDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 kt becoming south 10 to 15

thunderstorms in the morning. Waves 3 to 5 ft subsiding to 2 to
4 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 20 kt becoming northeast 10 to
15 kt. Chance of showers and thunderstorms overnight. Waves 2 to
4 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...East winds 10 to 15 kt. Chance of showers and
thunderstorms. Waves 2 to 4 ft.
