FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.2 inches will set up over Ontario
and the western Great Lakes region today. This high will shift
into Quebec tonight. A slightly stronger high will then shift over
the region Wednesday night through Thursday night.

.REST OF TODAY...North winds 10 to 15 kt increasing to 10 to
20 kt. Areas of dense fog this morning, then patchy fog this
afternoon. Visibility one quarter mile or less at times this
morning. Waves 1 to 2 ft building to 3 to 5 ft.
.TONIGHT...North winds 10 to 20 kt becoming northeast late in the
evening, then becoming east 10 to 15 kt after midnight
diminishing to 5 to 10 kt late. Waves 3 to 5 ft subsiding to 2 to
4 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...East winds 5 to 10 kt veering to south. Waves 1 to
3 ft.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 kt backing to
northeast. Waves 1 to 2 ft.
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 kt becoming north 10 to
