- At 9:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet and falling.
- The river quickly rose above flood stage on May 8, cresting
near 12.2 feet. It then fell back below flood stage later the
same day.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to hold steady near
its current level before falling on Friday.
