.DISCUSSION...Similar RH and temperatures are expected on
Wednesday as experienced today (Tuesday). Mid and high level
clouds will increase Wednesday afternoon, with enough elevated
moisture present for showers to develop in the vicinity starting
between 1300-1400 PDT; however, little to any moisture/precipitation
will accompany shower activity. Winds will remain generally light,
developing from the south-southwest in the morning and
transitioning over to the northwest during late afternoon to
early evening.

.WEDNESDAY...

* Sky/Weather.........Sunny becoming partly cloudy. Slight chance
  of rain showers in the afternoon.
* CWR (> 0.10 Inch)...Less than 10 percent.
* Max Temperature.....60-65.
* Min Humidity........30-35 percent.
* Wind (20 ft)........Southwest 4-7 mph becoming northwest 3-6 mph
  after 1700 PDT.
* Mixing Height.......3000 ft agl increasing to 5000 ft agl in the
  afternoon.
