.SYNOPSIS...High pressure persists over the far S waters this
morning, then shifts E of the area today through Wed night while
maintaining a ridge across the S portion. A stationary front
slowly moves E and NE across the N waters as a warm front later
today into tonight. Weak low pressure tracks E just N of the
waters tonight into Wed, then passes E of the waters later Wed
and Wed night while pulling a weakening cold front through the
area through Thu night. A weak low moves over the NE waters Thu
night and Fri. A weak high pressure ridge builds over the waters
Thu night through Sat night.
