New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
build E over the far S waters, as developing low pressure moves
E and NE, and passes S of the region tonight. A cold front will
move SE over the waters Mon, and then weaken and dissipate Mon
night. High pressure will move E across the waters later Mon
into Tue, and then shift well E of the waters Tue night while
maintaining a ridge across the area as a strong low pressure
area passes SE of the region. Another low and associated cold
front will approach the waters early Wed, then cross the region
later Wed into Wed night. High pressure will again build E
across the waters Thu and Thu night, and then dominate the
region Fri and Fri night.
