West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A warm front will lift NE across
the N waters tonight, as low pressure moves N of area. The low
will pull a cold front across the N waters tonight into early
Fri, and into the central waters late Fri into Fri night. The
front will stall over the central waters Fri night through Sat
night before dissipating, as high pressure builds in across the N
waters. The high will move E of the area Sun and Sun night, as a
weak cold front approaches the coast. The front will move
offshore late Mon into Mon night, then become nearly stationary
Tue and Tue night across the central waters.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W

then, becoming NE 10 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Areas of fog with
vsby 1 nm or less.
