.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough along Vancouver Island will persist today through Thu,
then weaken Thu night. Another low pressure trough will remain
along the coast of southern Oregon today and tonight, expand N
along the coast of Oregon and Washington Wed and Wed night, then
persist into Fri night. A weak cold front will move across the
waters Fri night and Sat. A high pressure ridge will build across
the area later Sat and Sat night, while a low pressure trough
again develops along the coast of southern Oregon.
