...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

  Little Wabash River at Carmi.

.Recent heavy rainfall will cause the Little Wabash River at Carmi
to rise into minor flood.

For the Little Wabash River...including Carmi...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little Wabash River at Carmi.

* WHEN...Until Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, The inundation of county roads begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 26.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 27.2 feet Wednesday
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
