...LA CROSSE, WI RECEIVED BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND SLIGHTLY
BELOW NORMAL PRECIPITATION IN THE MONTH OF APRIL...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE DURING THE MONTH WAS 39.3 DEGREES, WHICH WAS
9.3 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 50.2
DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 28.4 DEGREES. THE
HIGHEST TEMPERATURE WAS 84 DEGREES, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 30TH. THE
LOWEST READING WAS 15 DEGREES, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 1ST AND 5TH.

A TOTAL OF 2.96 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL DURING THE MONTH, WHICH
WAS THIRTY SIX HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH BELOW NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24-
HOUR PRECIPITATION WAS 1.21 INCHES, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 13TH.

THERE WAS 19.0 INCHES OF SNOW DURING THE MONTH, WHICH WAS 17.3
INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24 HOUR SNOWFALL WAS 6.7 INCHES,
WHICH FELL ON THE 3RD.
