FOR THE FALL SEASON /SEP OCT NOV/ THE GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT HAD BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND ABOVE NORMAL
PRECIPITATION.

THE GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AVERAGED 37.6 DEGREES WHICH
WAS 4.4 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. DUE TO THE SHORTER PERIOD OF RECORD
/SINCE 1965/, 2018 WAS THE SECOND COLDEST FALL SEASON ON RECORD. THE
COLDEST FALL SEASON OCCURRED IN 1985 WHICH AVERAGED 35.8 DEGREES.

5.84 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL DURING THE FALL SEASON /SEP OCT
NOV/. NORMAL PRECIPITATION DURING THE FALL SEASON IS 4.97 INCHES
MAKING GRAND FORKS 0.87 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL.

SNOWFALL FOR THE FALL SEASON WAS A LITTLE BELOW NORMAL. NORMAL SNOW
IS 9.2 INCHES. GRAND FORKS RECEIVED 11.9 INCHES FOR THE PERIOD.
