.Summary...
It was the warmest winter season in two years. There were 52 days
with lows at or below freezing, which was the fewest in two years.
There were ten days with low temperatures colder than 20 degrees,
which was the fewest amount in four years.

For the second winter in a row, rainfall was above average. In fact,
this was the wettest winter in 34 years, and the 9th wettest since
records began in 1891. There were 33 days with measurable rainfall,
which was the most since the winter of 1990-1991.

Even though snowfall was below the 30-year average, it was still the
snowiest winter in three years, and the 56th winter in a row with
measurable snowfall. There were three days with measurable snowfall,
which was the fewest in 11 years.

.Average Temperatures...
The average high, low and seasonal temperatures were all the warmest
in two years (since 2016-2017).

.Rainfall...
This was the wettest winter since 1984-1985, and the 9th wettest
since records began in 1891.

.Snowfall...
Like every winter since 1963-1964, measurable snow fell this year.
Though it was below the 30-year average by over five inches, this
winter was still the snowiest in three years (since 2015-2016).
