THE METEOROLOGICAL SPRING OF 2019 WAS ANOTHER WET ONE AT LA CROSSE
REGIONAL AIRPORT. IT WAS THE 24TH WETTEST METEOROLOGICAL SPRING.
THIS WAS  THIS WAS THE 6TH TIME THIS DECADE AND THE 9TH TIME
THIS CENTURY THAT A SPRING HAS BEEN AMONG THE 25 WETTEST SPRINGS.
TEMPERATURES AVERAGED JUST OVER 2 DEGREES (-2.1F) COLDER-THAN-NORMAL.

TEMPERATURES -

FROM MARCH 1ST THROUGH MAY 31ST, LA CROSSE REGIONAL AIRPORT HAD
AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 45.5F.  THIS WAS 2.1F COLDER THAN THE
1981-2010 NORMAL OF 47.6F. IT WAS THE COLDEST SPRING SINCE 2014
WHEN THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 44.3F.

THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 55.4F.  THIS WAS 2.6F COLDER
THAN THE 1981-2010 NORMAL OF 58F.

THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 35.6F.  THIS WAS 1.7F COLDER
