.Summary...
It was the warmest winter season in two years. There were 26 days with lows at or below
freezing, which was the fewest in two years. There were only two days with low temperatures
colder than 20 degrees, which was the fewest amount in two years.

Though not nearly as wet as last winter, this was still one of the wettest
winters ever recorded at North Little Rock. There were 42 days with measurable
rainfall, which was more than last winter, and the greatest number of days with measurable
rainfall on record at North Little Rock during the winter season. The previous record had
been held by the Winters of 2017-2018, 1988-1989, and 1978-1979, with 37 days.

For the first winter since 2007-2008, there was no measurable snowfall.

.Average Temperatures...
The average high, low and seasonal temperatures were all the warmest
in two years (since 2016-2017). The average low temperature was the 10th warmest
on record.

.Rainfall...
Though this was technically the driest winter in two years (since 2016-2017),
rainfall was still well above average. This was the 2nd wettest winter on record
at North Little Rock, with the wettest winter occurring just last year.

.Snowfall...
For the first time since the winter of 2007-2008, no measurable snow fell. The
other winters with no measurable snow were... 1998-1999, 1997-1998,
and 1992-1993. Since records began in North Little Rock in December of 1975,
there have been no winters with zero snowfall recorded.
