the following rivers in North Carolina...South Carolina...

  Cape Fear At William O Huske Lock And Dam 3 affecting Bladen County
  Black Creek At Quinby affecting Darlington and Florence Counties

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People with interests along the river should take the necessary precautions to
protect life and property from the flood waters.

* Flood Warning for
  The Cape Fear At William O Huske Lock And Dam 3.
* from late Sunday night until further notice.
* At 10:00 AM Friday the stage was 37.37 feet.
* Flood stage is 42.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early Monday morning and continue to rise
  to near 43.7 feet by Tuesday morning.
* Impact...At 45.0 feet...Flood waters will affect areas along the left bank of
  the river with some minor overflow along the right bank.

* Flood Warning for
  The Black Creek At Quinby.
* from Saturday evening to late Tuesday night.
* At 10:00 AM Friday the stage was 6.64 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tomorrow evening and continue to rise to
  near 12.0 feet by Sunday evening. The river will fall below flood stage by
  early Tuesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 12.5 feet...Floodwaters continue to rise on Creekside Drive and
  East Black Creek Road with water nearing a few homes. Homes along East Black
  Creek Road become isolated and residents must use boats to exit the
  neighborhood.
