.DISCUSSION...

A weather disturbance tracking from the northern High Plains into
the central Plains will bring an increase in clouds and rain
chances to the region today into tonight. Afternoon temperatures
will range from the upper 60s to mid 70s ahead of the associated
cold front to mid to upper 50s behind it. Lowest afternoon
relative humidity values of 25 to 30 percent are forecast to
develop from southeast Nebraska into southwest Iowa. Light and
variable winds will become north at 5 to 15 mph by this afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). A slight chance
                    of showers late. A chance of showers late.
