This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central Kansas,
east central Kansas, south central Kansas and southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Scattered showers and storms will continue tonight area wide. The
stronger showers and storms will produce very high rainfall rates
and localized flooding. In addition, some gusty downburst winds will
also be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Chances for showers and storms continue Sunday and across southeast
Kansas Sunday night. Heavy rain and potential flooding will remain
the main threat.

There will be slight chances for storms Monday night with a few
strong storms possible.

Heat indices between 100 and 110 are expected for Tuesday through
Thursday across southern and southeast Kansas.

Thunderstorm chances return each afternoon and evening for Thursday
and Friday.
