This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Virginia.

   Flood Watch.

Isolated to scattered strong to severe thunderstorms will be
possible tonight into Thursday morning. Storms will be capable of
producing large hail, damaging wind gusts, and heavy downpours.
