5 Day Ice Discussion...

The remaining ice on the lakes was found mainly in eastern Lake
Erie and near the Sault on Lake Superior. The ice will continue
to melt and break up due to wave action and temperatures that will
average above freezing.

Through Wednesday night, the strongest winds on Lake Superior
will occur tonight and Tuesday with winds from the north 20 to
25 knots. On Lake Erie, south winds will turn west to southwest
Tuesday and Tuesday night and increase to 15 to 20 knots.
