* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with
  gusts up to 45 mph. For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 35
  to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...Mojave Desert Slopes.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon. For
  the High Wind Warning, from 2 PM this afternoon to 2 AM PDT
  Wednesday.
