A WIND GUST OF 52 MPH FROM THE WEST OCCURRED AT 1208 PM EDT AT THE
JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THIS SET A NEW RECORD FOR APRIL
19TH BREAKING THE OLD RECORD GUST OF 50 MPH SET IN 1965.

THIS IS THE 10TH HIGHEST WIND GUST OF ALL-TIME FOR THE MONTH OF
APRIL IN JACKSONVILLE. THE ALL-TIME RECORD IS 67 MPH ON APRIL 25
1992. WIND GUST RECORDS IN JACKSONVILLE DATE BACK TO 1871.

THE SEA LEVEL PRESSURE FELL TO 1002.3 MB OR 29.60 INCHES OF MERCURY
AT 535 PM EDT AT THE JAX AIRPORT TODAY. THIS SETS A NEW RECORD LOW
