...Slick sidewalks and overpasses possible through mid
afternoon...

While no significant additional ice accumulation is expected,
some slick spots on bridges, overpasses, and sidewalks may persist
through the mid afternoon hours. Motorists and pedestrians should
exercise caution due to the recent ice accumulation. Temperatures
will slowly warm into the mid and upper 30s later this afternoon
which will result in improving conditions as ice continues to
melt.
