.DISCUSSION...Smoke dispersal will be fair around ignition time
but will quickly improve to excellent this afternoon as winds and
mixing heights increase. Otherwise a dry and warm day is on tap
with mostly sunny skies and afternoon minimum RH around 30%.
Winds will become breezy out of the south to southwest, gusting
20 to 25 mph. Small chance (20%) for a sprinkle or brief, light
shower grazing the area this evening as a cold front pushes
through. This will bring a shift to northwest winds on Sunday (not
as breezy), but otherwise another warm and dry day on tap.
