.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh southeast winds will continue along the
Lower Texas Coast through late week with generally moderate seas.
Small Craft Advisory conditions are possible, mainly offshore,
while Small Craft Exercise Caution conditions are expected this
afternoon and could possibly occur through the week.
