.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak onshore flow will continue through the night. Weak to
moderate onshore flow returns through the day Friday. Weak to
moderate southeast flow is expected from Saturday through mid week
next week except for Monday afternoon through Monday night, where
there is a low to medium chance for winds to strengthen to Small
Craft Advisory conditions (over 20 knots).
