This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Thunderstorms are likely by Monday evening into early Tuesday
morning. There is a risk of severe weather during this time.
Damaging wind gusts are the primary threat, but a few tornadoes
are also possible. Heavy rain may also lead to new or renewed
river flooding.

Thunderstorm chances return to the forecast around Wednesday
through Thursday. Any severe weather threat during this time will
be better assessed in the coming days.
