.DISCUSSION...Rest Of Today Through Thursday...Scattered rain and
snow showers with embedded storms will persist into this evening.
Drier and warmer conditions expected for Wednesday. West/northwest
winds 15-25 mph today, becoming west/southwest around 10 mph on
Wednesday, increasing on Thursday to 15-25 mph.

Friday through Sunday...Unsettled weather returns Friday into the
weekend. SW winds Friday 20-35 mph with gusts 25-45 mph. Winds will
remain elevated over the weekend out of the SW. Rain and snow
chances return later Saturday into Sunday.
