603 AM CDT Sat Mar 23 2024

The daytime today will be mostly dry with high temperatures in the
40s and low 50s. Southeast winds may gust over 30 MPH at times.
Chances for rain and thunderstorms move into the area tonight. There
is a low chance for some freezing rain north of Highway 92 early

storms should redevelop Sunday afternoon...and some of these could
be severe. Colder air then arrives Sunday night into Monday...and
rain will gradually change to snow. This snow will be accompanied by
strong northwest winds with gusts over 50 MPH possible in some
locations. Exact snow amounts remain uncertain...but the highest
potential for heavy snow and strongest wind is currently north and
west of the tri-cities.
