...ON THIS DATE IN WEATHER HISTORY...

In 1906, a violent F3 tornado formed near Cedar Bluffs Kansas in
Decatur County, passed north of Marion, before dissipating 8
miles northwest of Danbury Nebraska. Four entire farms were
destroyed in Nebraska. The first damage occurred as a school was
hit 8 miles west of Danbury, one mile south of the Kansas
line. A baby was killed  on a Nebraska farm.
